The Cedar City Police Department has received numerous complaints regarding business dealings with paracordmaster.com (BK Industries).  As a result, a criminal investigation has been initiated.  As part of this investigation, interviews with the owner of paracordmaster.com were conducted.  Utah law defines theft as “…exercising unlawful control over the property of another with the intent to deprive them thereof.”  The difficulty in this case is showing paracordmaster.com INTENDED to charge your bank account or credit card and NEVER fulfill the order.  Currently, I have been unable to find enough evidence to show this intent.

Currently, the regulatory agency best able to meet your needs is the Utah Division of Consumer Protection.  Quite often they are able to protect consumers when criminal investigations come up short.  I understand they too have an open investigation on paracordmaster.com and we are sharing information back and forth as our independent investigations proceed forward.  The process for filing a complaint is found at the following link:
