Message from Iron County Clerk, Jon Whittaker regarding Ballots

Despite assurances from my printer that our ballots would be mailed on last Thursday, they weren’t mailed until Friday morning. I was able to verify that the ballots have arrived at local post offices and have contacted local postmasters to ensure they get delivered as soon as possible.

I urge you to not delay in voting your ballot, signing the affidavit, and taking it to a drop box or mailing it.

There are drop boxes at the following locations:

Cedar City Office – 10 N Main St, Cedar City.

                Parowan City Office – 35 E 100 N, Parowan.

                County Clerk’s Office – 68 S 100 E, Parowan.

Enoch City Offices - 900 East Midvalley Road, Enoch.

                Paragonah Town Hall, 44 N 100 E, Paragonah.

Kanarraville Town Hall, 40 S Main, Kanarraville

Brian Head Town Hall - 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head

Dixie Power Office – 71 East Highway 56, Beryl

State law allows me to add additional early Vote Centers. Due to the delay in ballots, we will provide Early Vote Centers at the following locations:

Cedar City Council Chambers – 10 N Main St, Cedar City

Iron County Courthouse – 68 South 100 East, Parowan

Early Voting Schedule:

                Wednesday, October 27, 2021 – Noon to 5:00 p.m.

                Friday, October 29, 2021 – Noon to 6:00 p.m.

                Saturday, October 30, 2021 – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

As a reminder, ballots may be dropped at any of the drop box locations during business hours. Additionally, ballots may be dropped at any of the Vote Centers on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Cedar Council Chambers, Enoch Council Chamber, Iron County Courthouse).
