The Department K9 Unit operates within the patrol division. We have two dogs, Snitch, a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois and Max, a 7 1/2-year old Belgian Malinois. The dogs and handlers have extensive training and are certified in narcotic detection, patrol / apprehension, evidence detection.
