Requested Proposal: The City has had the property appraised to assist in its evaluation of
proposals. Parcel B-48 has an appraised value of $30,000. Parcel B-1341 has an appraised value
The City Planning Commission and City Council have approved offering the property for sale or
trade in order to facilitate development consistent with the underlying zone.
The City is interested in acquiring property with a similar value as a possible trade.
Proposals should include the following: anticipated use, proposed purchase price, and method of
payment. If the proposal is for a trade, the proposal needs to include information related to the
property proposed in the trade such as location, condition, presence of buildings, known past use
of the property, appraised value within the past six months, and any known environmental issues
connected with the property.
Proposal Due-Time: Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time,
September 29, 2014. Late proposals will not be considered.
