  • The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its February 5, 2020, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from R-3-M to SHD for property located at 170 N 400 W. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.

The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Cedar City Corporation has received a filed petition proposing the annexation of an area into the municipality. The petition was received on September 26, 2019. The City anticipates annexing 40.74 acres of property located in the vicinity of 1850 North 3500 West. The petition annexing this property is available for inspection and copying at the City Recorder’s office located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The City may grant the petition to annex unless within 60 days a written protest is filed with the City Recorder.
